1. Services & Digital Products

Due to the nature of our work (custom content creation, marketing services, digital strategy, etc.), we do not offer returns or refunds once a project has been initiated or delivered.

2. Project Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service:

  • Before production begins: A partial refund may be considered (after deducting consultation and planning fees).
  • After production begins: No refund will be issued, as resources and time would have already been allocated.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our work, we encourage you to contact us at contact@unfoldhq.in. We are committed to resolving issues and ensuring your satisfaction through revisions and collaboration (as per the scope of work agreed upon).

4. Refund Eligibility (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be processed:

  • In the case of duplicate payments
  • If no service or deliverable has been provided within the committed timeframe

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
