At Unfold Media, we understand that project needs can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and accountability for both parties.
1. Project-Based Services
- Before Production Begins:
If a project is canceled before any production or content work begins, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to cover planning, consultation, and resource allocation. - After Production Begins:
If cancellation occurs after work has started, no refunds will be issued. However, we may offer partial delivery of work completed till that point.
2. Retainer or Monthly Contracts
For clients on a monthly/retainer contract:
- Cancellation requires a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Work already completed during the month will be billed as agreed, and any remaining deliverables may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
3. One-Time Services
For one-time services like campaign strategy, ads setup, or short video production:
- Cancellation is only accepted if requested within 24 hours of confirmation, provided work has not started.
4. How to Cancel
All cancellations must be requested via email at contact@unfoldhq.in, mentioning the project name and reason for cancellation.
